this narrow path

it's already december! wow.. i'm so ready for this year to end and 2011 to come...

time to read God's wordd::

2 corinthians 5:17-19

¹⁷ Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! ¹⁸ All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: ¹⁹ that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.

the ministry of reconciliation .

by sending HIs one and only son down to earth, He wanted to call us back to HIm. His one goal was to build a relationship with us.. purely based on the love and trust shown from the death of Christ. through this, He has taught us that every relationship we make should somewhat parallel this-- trust and love and reconciliation. so that we wouldn't have to suffer through the sins we commit, He graciously came down and saved us. there's no bettter way of showing reconciliation than this.

didn't see it that way until now.. maybe He felt like His relationship with us was broken and He wanted to mend it. Christ was a calling for us to come back to HIm. now it's all up to us to keep walking in our walks with God.
