something i don't do enough...

hannah's prayer
1 Samuel 2:1-10

i love how hannah prays in this passage. not something you hear everyday. definitely sounds nothing like my prayers. she praises God with an unconditional heart and that's what i absolutely love about this passage

after God answers her prayers and allows her to give birth to Samuel, she praises His name the way He deserves it...

how often do we take time to do this? really...

saying a prayer that really doesn't benefit us, sinners, but saying a prayer that lifts His name up and gives Him all the credit for all He's done..

i don't know about you guys, but i definitely don't do this enough...
